Funds

Introduction

Global Funds, also known as International Fund of Funds, invest in funds domiciled outside India, which gives investors exposure to companies listed in other geographies. For instance, an Emerging Markets Fund will help you get exposure to a variety of stocks listed in countries such as China, Taiwan, South Korea, among others. Similarly, a Developed Market Fund will give you exposure to U.S, Europe, Canada, Japan and so on. Investing in Global Funds helps you overcome home bias, which is a tendency to over-invest in domestic equities.
